What Dessille does
Dessille is a tool that helps you think through a personal situation. It offers angles and questions, but it doesn't decide for you and doesn't judge. It's always you who concludes.
Important to know
Dessille is not a medical, psychological or legal service. It's not professional advice, nor therapy. If you're going through something serious or in distress, talk to someone close to you or to a professional. If you're in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You must be at least 15 to use Dessille. You're responsible for keeping access to your account confidential. You agree not to use the service for anything illegal or harmful.
Free, premium and packs
The free version gives you a limited number of reflections a week. Premium, at €4.99 a month or €39.99 a year, unlocks unlimited reflections (within a reasonable limit against abuse), the notebook's memory, search and export. The subscription renews automatically, with no commitment. You can stop it whenever you want, it stays active until the end of the period already paid for. A pack of reflections is a one-time purchase, with no subscription; its reflections don't expire. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Right of withdrawal
As the service is digital and accessible immediately, by subscribing you ask to use it right away and acknowledge waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal for the current period. You keep the ability to stop the renewal at any time.
Liability
We do our best to keep Dessille useful and available, but the service is provided as is. The decisions you make after using Dessille remain yours. We cannot be held responsible for choices made on the basis of a reflection.
Your content
What you write belongs to you. We use it only to give you the service (see the privacy policy). A dilemma you choose to share anonymously is published as you reviewed it, after moderation; you can ask for its removal at any time.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change, we'll let you know about important changes. French law applies. In case of a dispute, you can turn to a consumer mediator free of charge.
