Who is responsible

Dessille is published by Erwan Evrard, sole trader, SIRET 106 630 916 00018, based in Croix, France. For any question about your data, write to contact@dessille.com.

The data we collect

• Your email address, to create your account and log you in.
• The situations you write and the conclusions you save in your notebook.
• If you try without an account, the reflection is kept for 24 hours on our servers, under a random identifier, in case you create an account to find it in your notebook. After that, it's deleted.
• A usage counter, to manage your reflection quota.
• Anonymous usage measures: for example “a situation was sent” or “someone clicked create an account”. Without your text, your email, your IP address, or a cookie. They only help us see where the app gets in the way.
• If you share a dilemma anonymously, only the rewritten text with nothing identifying, which you reviewed, is published after moderation. If you use the dilemma for two, both texts are deleted as soon as the result exists.
• If you take premium or a pack, payment information handled by Stripe (we never store your card number).

Why we use it

To make the app work: log you in, answer you, keep your notebook, manage your subscription. The legal basis is performing the service you ask us for, and your consent for the content you write.

The services that help us

To work, Dessille relies on providers. Your data goes through them only to deliver the service.

• Supabase: database and login.
• Anthropic: the AI model that reads your situation to help you see clearly. The text of your situation is sent to it for the time of the answer. This processing may take place outside the European Union (United States).
• Stripe: payment of the premium subscription and packs.
• Resend: sending emails.
• Vercel: hosting the app.

How long we keep it

Your reflections stay in your notebook as long as you have an account. You can delete them one by one at any time. If you delete your account, your data is erased.

Your rights

You can access your data, correct it, delete it, retrieve it (export), or object to its use. To exercise one of these rights, write to contact@dessille.com. You can also contact the French data protection authority (CNIL) if you believe your rights are not respected.

Cookies

Dessille only uses cookies needed for login (your session), your language choice, and the referral if you arrive through a friend's link. No ads, no tracking.
