Delete your Dessille account

From the website or the app

• Log in on dessille.com or in the Dessille app.
• Open the “Account” page.
• At the very bottom, choose “Delete your account”, then confirm.

What is deleted

Right away and for good: your account, your email address, your reflections, your notebook, your conclusions and your settings. If you have a premium subscription taken on the website, it is stopped at the same time: nothing more will be charged.

What stays

Dilemmas you shared anonymously stay published, with no link to you. To remove them too, write to us. Payment invoices are kept by Stripe for as long as the law requires.

A subscription taken in the app

A subscription taken on Google Play or the App Store is managed in the store, not by us. Stop it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in your iPhone settings (your name, then Subscriptions), otherwise the store keeps billing it.

Without access to your account

Write to contact@dessille.com from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete everything within 30 days at most, and confirm it by email.

Delete only part of it

You can also keep your account and delete your reflections one by one, from your notebook.
